Please DO NOT buy a car the day before your close, or furniture, or any big purchase, because you may lose the deal - the bank check's your credit report the day of the close and re-calculates your debt:income ratio.

Please do not move money around in accounts, because we have to explain it. If the underwriter isn't patient enough, it could tank your application and we find another lender.
